  • One of the greatest musicals of all time, The Sound Of Music, returns to the stage in a magnificent new production to enchant and enthral the young and the young at heart.
    Based on Baroness Maria von Trapp's 1949 autobiography, this wonderfully lavish new production tells the story of the Von Trapp family's plight and their ultimate flight across the Swiss mountains to escape the German invasion of their beloved homeland.
    The unforgettable score features some of the most memorable songs ever performed on stage, including Edelweiss, My Favorite Things, Do-Re-Mi, Climb Ev’ry Mountain, and of course, the title song The Sound of Music.
    Presented by Bill Kenwright, The Sound Of Music features music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, and book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse.
