The wizard and witches of the merry old land of Oz will continue casting their spells over London's theatregoers, as hit musical WICKED extends its booking period to 26 April 2014.

Now in its seventh spectacular year, the Olivier Award-winning production has already been seen by almost five million people since it opened in London in 2006 at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. It is already the 16th longest running West End musical of all time.

Starring leading musical theatre star Louise Dearman as green-skinned witch Elphaba, and her unlikely companion the perky Glinda, played by Gina Beck. Dearman is the first actress to play both Glinda and Elphaba, is joined in the current cast by Ben Freeman as Fiyero and Louise Plowright as Madame Morrible.

This untold story of the witches of Oz introduces two girls who meet as sorcery students, and follows them as they grow into the misunderstood Wicked Witch of the West and the ever-popular Glinda The Good.
