Project Polunin presents Satori, a very special mixed programme at the London Coliseum, presented by the world-famous ballet star Sergei Polunin.

Celebrating the unifying power and joy of dance, an acclaimed international cast and creative team of dancers, contemporary artists, musicians and choreographers present new dance and ballet works for stage, film, social media and virtual reality.

First Solo is a new short ballet, starring Sergei, and created by award-winning choreographer Andrey Kaydanovskiy. Scriabiniana, backed by a full orchestra, is the London premiere of the most complete version of Kasyan Goleizovsky’s ballet suite, to mark his 125th birthday anniversary. The evening finishes with the world premiere of Satori, choreographed by the Ukrainian ballet star, directed by Gabriel Marcel del Vecchio and with an original score by multi-award-winning composer Lorenz Dangel.
On Sunday 10 December only, the programme will include the groundbreaking solo Take Me to Church, choreographed by Jade Hale Christofi and danced by Polunin, based on the video by David LaChapelle which went viral in 2015. Other ballets presented that evening include: Le Grand Pas de Deux by Christian Puck, What Love Tells Me by John Neumeier, Memoria, Rhapsody Pas de Deux, Diana and Actaeon and Satori by Sergei Polunin.
