Weather Policy: The event will always go ahead in the event of bad weather. Please check the weather forecast in advance and be prepared for the Great British Summer. Screenings will only be cancelled if the weather conditions present a danger at screening time. Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a screening night, and acknowledge that tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless a screening is cancelled by The Luna Cinema. In the unlikely event that a screening is cancelled, we will aim to give as much notice as possible, so please keep an eye out for information on the website and social media.
Child Policy: Children are permitted at our events, but please be aware that they must adhere to the film's certification and our ushers have to check to make sure that all audience members are the suitable age to see the film. Please ensure you have photo identification with you if your child may appear younger than the listed film certification.

For your own safety and enjoyment, please follow the below:
-    Bring something to sit on (blanket or picnic chair) or you can purchase fleece blankets and backrests on-site.
-    In the event of bad weather the event will go ahead - please check the forecast and come prepared (ponchos and blankets will be available on-site to make you as comfortable as possible)
-    Please note that it can turn chilly in the evenings, so please make bring suitable clothing.
-    No naked flames, BBQ's, gas stoves or candles. No tents, gazebos, parasols or pop-up structures. No dogs or pets (except guide dogs).
-    Glass is not permitted onsite - please ensure all drinks are consumed from plastic drinkware.
-    Please follow steward instructions, and abide by the designated seating areas.
-    No umbrellas are permitted during the screening (except at management discretion).
-    Please take note of the film certification when purchasing tickets. The film certification is strictly enforced at Ticket Check. ID will be required for those patrons who look under the age of the film certification.
-    The Luna Bar (where present) operates a Challenge 25 Policy. If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you purchase alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.
-    Credit/Debit Card Machines are operated by The Luna Cinema. Please note these are subject to suitable mobile coverage on the site and payment by card cannot be guaranteed. Please also note some of our partners do not accept credit/debit cards so please make sure you have cash if you intend to purchase onsite.
-    Please note failure to comply with any site rules could result in refused entry or immediate removal from the event.
