The internationally acclaimed St Petersburg Ballet Theatre returns to the London Coliseum with their classic production of Swan Lake.Don’t miss the majesty of Russian classical ballet with some of the world’s finest ballet stars, magnificent scenery, lavish costumes and a live orchestra. The classic ballet masterpiece Swan Lake - St Petersburg Ballet Theatre tells the immortal love story of a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer set to Tchaikovsky’s enchanting score.Joining the St Petersburg Ballet Theatre for this production will be the renowned prima ballerina Irina Kolesnikova. Irina Kolesnikova has a wealth of leading credits under her belt, having been prima ballerina at St Petersburg Ballet Theatre since the age of 21. Her last Odette/Odile in Swan Lake in London was described by the Daily Telegraph as ‘truly a thing of remarkable beauty and technically flawless.’Ms Kolesnikova will be joined on stage by an array of stars from Russia’s leading ballet companies including principal dancers from the Bolshoi Ballet, Anna Nikulina and Denis Rodkin who has been hailed by the Guardian as ‘sensational’.
